What are the support hours?

The standard support hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM CET, Monday to Thursday.

For Enterprise and Pro users, the prioritary support hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM CET, Monday to Thursday.

Meilisearch follows an on-call policy to ensure there are always people available to address major issues and provide assistance when needed (night and weekends).
