How do I delete my account?
We do not have a self-service option in the dashboard for users to delete their accounts directly. However, to delete your account, please follow these steps:
Contact support: To initiate the account deletion process, please get in touch with our support team. You have two options for contacting us:
Chat widget: You can connect directly with our support team within the dashboard using the chat widget. They will guide you through the account deletion process.
Email: Alternatively, you can email email@example.com with your request for account deletion.
Provide account information: Please include the necessary information to identify your account in your communication. Typically, your registered email address to ensure the correct account is being addressed.
Account deletion process: Our support team will initiate the account deletion process for you. They will ensure that your account and associated data are removed securely and in accordance with our privacy policies.
Please remember that account deletion is a permanent action, and once your account is deleted, all associated data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
