What are the support hours?

The standard support hours are from 8 AM to 11 PM CET, Monday to Friday.
That's typically 2 AM - 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time or 11 PM - 2 PM U.S. Pacific Time.
For Custom and Pro users, the priority support hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM CET, Monday to Friday. That's typically 2 AM - 4 PM U.S. Eastern Time or 11 PM - 1 PM U.S. Pacific Time.
Meilisearch follows an on-call policy to ensure that people are always available to address major issues and provide assistance when needed (nights and weekends).
